In his current role as Founder, Coach and Human Capital Consultant at Synergize Potentials, Kenny provides comprehensive suite of services including life and business coaching, in addition to HR and Management consulting. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Kenny held multiple key senior HR positions in the Banking and Financial Services sector in the Middle East, including global financial institutions like Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Kenny holds a Doctorate in Social Science (HR Development) from the University of Leicester, UK, complemented by Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in HR Development from the University of Technology Malaysia.
